These oil-free crispy baked potatoes will make you want to give up fried potatoes! With a crispy outside and a soft inside, these will be your new favorite way to make potatoes at home and for family and friends!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Large Potatoes Per Person
- 1 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning (Basil, Oregano, Thyme, Sage, Garlic etc.)
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper or Chipotle Powder (Optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400F (200C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash and Cut potatoes into odd shaped cubes.
- Place cubes on the lined baking sheet and sprinkle spices over the cubes. Try not to overcrowd them. Toss them with your hands to make sure all cubes get covered. Place them in the oven.
- Every 5 Minutes, take the baking sheet out of the oven and turn the cubes. Making sure they don't stick on the parchment paper.
- Do this for around 25 - 30 minutes.

Notes
For extra crispiness, turn the oven up to 425F (220C) and let edges of the potatoes brown for another 5 minutes or until golden brown. Be careful as to not leave them in too long as the parchment paper will start to burn!
