Nutty Breakfast Bars | Protein Packed
These nutty breakfast bars are full of protein and are full of yummy nut crunch. They keep you full if you don’t have much time to eat throughout the day.
Ingredients
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- ½ cup chia seeds
- ½ cup hazelnuts
- ½ cup oats
- ½ cup cacao nibs
- 2 ripe bananas
- 4 Tbsp psyllium husk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup water
- Spread
- ½ cup chocolate melted
- rectangle cake pan (7”x11”)
Instructions
- Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- Then add all wet ingredients into the bowl and stir into dough ball.
- Preheat oven for 350F.
- Leave dough for 15 Minutes on the counter.
- Next, press the dough into the rectangle cake pan (7"x11") that is lined with parchment paper.
- After, bake for 20 minutes one side then flip.
- Bake the other side for another 30 minutes.
- Use the heat from the oven to melt the chocolate in a bowl. Cover the loaf with the chocolate and let it cool down.
- Cut the loaf into bars and serve.
Notes
Stores in the freezer and fridge nicely for quick access to a bar. Try it as a dessert!
